S.N.G.Institute of Management and Research (SNGIMR) was established in the year of 2009 with AICTE Approval, NAAC accreditation and affiliation to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) by Shri.S.N.Ghumatkar. The goal of setting up of educational institute was to promote and propagate education mainly for students from rural area at economical fees. The campus is situated about 53 km from Pune Railway Station, 50 kms from Pune airport. It's on the National Highway No 50 Pune-Nasik Highway. The Institute is private self-financing co-ed institute with sanctioned intake of 180 students for MBA. Of about 14 acres campus area, more than half acre area has been developed for the Institute infrastructure with total built-up area 3156 sq. meters.
S.N.G.Institute of Management and Research (SNGIMR) is always trying to provide all the best possible student centric facilities for Management students so as to enable them to become good Managers and or Entrepreneurs in future who can contribute for betterment of society.
SNGIMR offering Master of Business Administration (MBA) follows the curriculum and academic regulations laid down by SPPU.

There are very few moments in one's life when one feels to be genuinely fortunate. One such moment in my life was when I joined SNGIMR, Rajgurunagar as a student. The time spent at SNGIMR has taught me a great deal about management, networking, making friends, living life as it ought to be lived but most importantly to keep questioning, to never let that curiosity bug inside me die. I will eternally be thankful to SNGIMR and all the people associated with it for being a glorious part of my life.
The unique and distinctive proposition of learning at SNGIMR, Rajgurunagar through collective discourse providing both theoretical concept clarity and application-oriented methodology has helped me in understanding the management concepts in a more effective way. We had the opportunity to learn through the extremely interactive and engaging lectures from the in-house faculty and visiting professors with both industrial experience and academic experience.
